I got a call and asked the lady if she was working with a Realtor and she said yes. I told her she needed to contact her agent about more information on the home. Well, she said, "My agent told me to look and find a home and just call the agent for information." WHAT????
I don't like to do another agents job, nor would I expect one to do mine! My high commitment to service is one of the things my clients value.
